2023 Walk Everywhere Challenge Winners

In the month of August, Ride Together Pierce hosted the Walk Everywhere Challenge. On the Ride Together Pierce website, 150 participants logged 3,078 trips, covering a whopping 6,863.81 miles. To put that in perspective, if you put that on a straight line, it would stretch across from Tacoma, WA to the Pyramids in Cairo, Egypt. This year, the campaign received support from over 48 organizations in Pierce County. It was a successful and fun month bringing people together while encouraging active and eco-friendly commuting in our community. 

Folks who logged more than 10 walk trips on RideTogetherPierce.com during the month of August were entered to win prizes.  Stay tuned for more!
