2. Getting Started

   Virtually or in-person, let's co-host a commute options event at your worksite! 

   We can attend your summer BBQ, transportation fair or benefits fair in-person, or online. We can also be available online for "office hours" where employees can join us to talk about their commute options.

   For an in-person event: All we ask is that you provide your ETC talents, table with chairs, an awesome location with tons of employee traffic, and marketing (do I smell popcorn?) to attract folks to your wonderful event. We'll provide a spin wheel, small prizes and brochures!

   For a virtual event: We request that you provide the Zoom or Microsoft Teams link and moderate the conversation. We can provide the slides and content.

   To get started, your Ride Together Pierce team needs to know a bit about your event. We'll let you know as soon as possible if a team member will be able to attend.

   ***It is important for your co-workers to meet their ETC.
   ETCs are expected to attend the event with Ride Together Pierce staff.***
